The collection features shimmering liquid, subtle chiffons, slinky, textured silks, and moonstone crystals on tulle to create a luminescence and translucence. “Arctic Tsarina” takes its inspiration from glaciers, the Arctic tundra, the romantic film Dr. Zhivago, and Russian nobility.
